Delivery and Location:
Delivery will be made at the time agreed upon in advance by both parties.
Delivery within Riyadh is free, excluding locations outside the city limits such as: Al-Uyaynah, Al-Jubailah, Al-Muzahmiyah, and Al-Ammariyah. An additional fee will be applied.
Free delivery does not apply to orders under 800 SAR. Delivery fees are 150 SAR.
Measuring the product's installation space is the customer's responsibility. If the product is larger than the installation space upon delivery, the company reserves the right to cancel the rental, refuse installation, and return the product to the company, without incurring any costs.
Rental Period:
If the order includes inflatable games, the rental period is (12) hours starting from the actual pick-up time at the location.
If the order is limited to flavors stations equipment only, the rental period is (6) hours starting from the actual pick-up time at the location.
Disclaimer of Liability:
1. Scope of Service: Flavors Entertainment (“the Company”) acts solely as a rental service provider, leasing products to the customer (“the Renter”).
2. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: The Renter acknowledges and agrees that the use of rented products carries inherent risks. The Company shall not be held liable for any incidents, injuries, damages, or losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with the use of the rented product. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents resulting from:
a) Improper use or misuse of the product;
b) Negligence on the part of the Renter or any third party;
c) Failure to comply with any and all provided safety guidelines and instructions;
d) Lack of adequate supervision by a responsible adult.
3. Requirement for Adult Supervision: It is mandatory that the product be used under the constant and direct supervision of a competent and responsible adult at all times.
