Delivery will be made at the time agreed upon in advance between both parties.
Delivery within Riyadh is free, excluding areas outside the coverage zone such as Al-Uyaynah, Al-Jubailah, Al-Muzahmiyah, and Al-Ammariyah, where additional fees will apply.
Free delivery does not apply to orders below 800 SAR; a delivery fee of 150 will be charged.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation space is sufficient. If the product is found to be larger than the available space upon arrival, the company reserves the right to cancel the order, refrain from installation, and return the product without bearing any costs.
Rental Duration
If the order includes inflatable games, the rental period is 12 hours starting from the actual delivery time at the location.
If the order includes only snack station equipment, the rental period is 6 hours starting from the actual delivery time at the location.
Disclaimer of Liability
Scope of Service: Flavors Entertainment operates solely as a rental service provider, leasing products to the customer (the renter).
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: The renter acknowledges and agrees that the use of rented products involves potential risks. The company shall not be held liable for any incidents, injuries, damages, or losses—whether direct or indirect—arising from or related to the use of the rented product, including but not limited to:
Improper use or misuse of the product
Negligence by the renter or any third party
Failure to follow all provided safety instructions and guidelines
Lack of adequate supervision by a responsible adult
Supervision Requirement: All products must be used under the direct and continuous supervision of a responsible and qualified adult at all times.
